A vendor registration feature has been added to the Commission web site to enable the Commission to contact vendors who have downloaded a Request for Proposal or Bid Package in the event an addendum is issued or other change takes place with regard to a particular project or contract. 

Not all vendors need to register on this site.  Typically, Invitation for Bidder’s Proposals and other such documents will provide detailed instructions on where and how to obtain hardcopy Bid Packages including specifications, drawings, etc. either directly from the Commission or the Commission's Agent/Engineer.  For these situations vendor contact information will be obtained when Bid Packages are procured.  Registration is only required for projects and contracts for which the entire Bid Package is available and downloadable from the web site.

After registering vendors will receive a login ID and password by email.
